Rooms for 12 months or longer - R 3 900.00 - R 8 100.00: depending on the type and size of the room

This option is perfect for young working professionals that do not want to live by themselves but enjoy the company of Friends

South African and Foreign students studying at the University of Pretoria, the Tshwane University of Technology or any other Tertiary Institution.

Friends Accommodation Services have a well structured social environment and is managed for, and in relation with all our residence. This is an included service for the benefit of all our guests so that there is a perfect balance between the time management of residence that are serious about their work, studies and future, as well as the off times where socializing is an important part of the Friends Accommodation Services' family.

This option is perfect for Expats,  interns and international guests. Guests conducting research at the University of Pretoria, find this accommodation option perfectly suited for their requirements. They are able to walk to shops as well as the University of Pretoria or close by Embassies and Organizations. The price is also much more affordable than Guest House Accommodation although FRIENDS offers guesthouse/B&B services.

Short term accommodation is from 3 days up to 3 months. We offer a variety of different rooms from double and single en-suite rooms, rooms with sharing bathrooms, twin rooms and a dormitory rooms. ( Twin rooms - R 280.00 p.p.p.n : Dormitory room - R 230.00 p.p.p.n ) 

This option is ideal for guests visiting Pretoria for sightseeing, hospital visits and groups visiting the city as well as international visa collections. The above options include a continental breakfast.
